Tuesday Efficiency #4

Okay, so I know that its Thursday/Friday. And I know that I haven't posted any old posts up to this date. Hopefully, I remember to when I get around to it. I'm on Joe's computer now and I really intended to be in bed and not blogging. I had a ton of things to share but as usual formulated blogs on Tuesday while cooking and doing dishes and didn't actually get around to blogging them. Fingers crossed for some time to catch up! I have some big news to share but probably won't until things are more defiant.

Anyway, Tuesday...

• Got up around 11am. This is what I get for falling asleep on the couch until about two and then being up for various reasons till 5am. At 5am, after 45 minutes awake in bed, I considered just starting my day. Or at least watching a  movie.
• Took a shower
• Started my laundry-including washing the shower curtain and sheets
• Bought trash bags at the borough office
• Went to Wal-Mart
• Did some dishes
• Made amazing parsnip soup and cherry pocket pies. The parsnip soup is creamy and has sort of a woody flavor but still is fantastic. The pocket pies need some work. They aren't sweet enough. Apparently, all of the sugar was left in the liquid which was left behind because it also contained all of the corn starch which was not starching anything.
• Watched a movie
• Sorted out all of the holiday cards while watching said movie. From Pinterest, I saw this idea of binding them all using metal book binder rings. I did this and its super cute! I also found some cards from clients that I received during vet school. Those meant so much then; they still do now. Thank a vet!
• I visited with the ponies. To say I did anything, would be a lie.
• I cleaned out the cat's litter pan and gathered up the trash
• I started working on a project for a friend's birthday which won't be finished anytime soon
• I started working on a birthday project for my boss
• I walked the dogs with Joe
• I made the bed
• I put away the laundry
• And then finally, I made notes on what I did so I could eventually get around to  blogging it.

Joe has me lined up to make an emergency dog costume. He wants to go to this dog festival which is hippie themed. They are having a dog costume contest and it was decided that Mary needs to dress appropriately. We haven't done anything. The thing is Sunday. I see lots of sewing on Saturday. Joe better oblige me.
