My yard next to my apartment is a tectonic sheet of ice. I keep waiting for it to crack when me and Riley are on it and we will then float off to Antartica.
Meanwhile, I spent too much time this weekend spooning over my boyfriend and not studying. Bad Leslie. On the bright side, I did get lucky...at the casino! You dirty people. How could you think things like that? Anyway, when I fail out of vet school and my mom blames Joe, we'll know who is really to blame. Joe. And my poor study habits as Alex so kindly pointed out Saturday. Seriously.
I did tell my mom about going to St.Joe. I can't help it. I figure if I keep pounding into her head that I'm not going to up and stop seeing Joe then maybe she'll accept it.
Joe and I got our living arrangements figured out. He'll be living down here but not with me. We both win. Except Joe's mom. She sort of loses.
I'm kidding about the studying thing. It won't be Joe's fault when I fail out. Just an unjust system that penalizes you for wanting to be a vet in an area that despritly needs vets...the large animal field.
