MySpace-April 22, 2007-Vet School Open House

Yesterday was Open House at the vet school and everyone and their brother came from Columbia. All of the first and second year students were expected to work it in some capacity. There was alot of trouble because (as it is every year) its not very well organized. You'd think that for something as big as it is and that's been going on for like 20 years they'd have a professional to organize it and not students. But as every year, what looks like its going to be a cluster fuck turns out all right.
My mom and dad came for the day bringing two mini horses for the petting zoo and the pony, Nell for the breed show. Nell let everyone pet her and was pretty well behaved. She was very excited and somewhat hard to handle for the breed show. I hung out with Mom and Dad for the day and got a sunburn. I spent a couple of hours inside hanging out with the mules too. After they left, I helped to clean up and then when home to lay on my couch not feeling so hot because of my sunburn. Be low is a link the the Channel 8 News.
