Yesterday, Frei and Brittany (and I assume Becky had some role in this as well) had a surprise going away party for me. It was really nice. Now I have some signs to decorate my corner of the trailer.
I had spent the week in DeSoto saying goodbye and hanging out with various friends. Okay, just hanging out with Gilton, but I had the best time ever! I'm going back home on Monday to make sure my car will be okay for the journey and then here (Columbia) to pack and leave.
Tomorrow, we are having a vegetarian potluck supper. Would Tim Ferrell like to join? Probably, if he had known about it. Glenn wanted to but is visiting his family in Illinois.
Its snowy and cold. That is all.
