Last night, before everything exploded involving apartments and both me and Joe being strong headed, when I called Joe, he answered with 'you're the only bee in my bonnet' from 'Birdhouse In Your Soul' because that's his ringtone for when I call. I told him that 'Birdhouse in Your Soul' was everyone's ringtone BUT his.
Now this may sound harsh, seeing as both of us would think of this song as perhaps being our song. Okay, maybe I'm the only one that thinks that. But I told him that I liked that song so much, that I like hearing it all of the time and getting to think about him anyway, and that I had chosen my new favorite song to be his ringtone-'I Will Follow You Into The Dark' by Death Cab for Cutie.
So today, as something like this was brought up, he said something about a song he heard on the radio and really liked. How he should put what he knew into Google and see what it is. I asked him the line and what does he tell me? A line from 'I Will Follow You Into the Dark'! Girlfriend destiny...seriously, is this weird for anyone else?
